Master bathroom: This bathroom was originally on two levels, the bath had been leaking for years and rather wet underneath when we ripped it out. The higher section of the floor was dug out, pipework reconfigured to suit the new layout, floor screeded and levelled ready for some rather nice looking floor tiles. Along with a stone shower tray…a floating Jack & Jill vanity unit was installed, the vanity unit top had to be cut to accommodate the double sinks and taps, but no trouble for us. Nearly forgot…electrics installed for extraction, shaver point and the all important heated towel rail for those winter months.
